Each lesson is between 2-10 minutes, and the contents can be practiced in about the same amount of time. A few days of practice will help the skill settle into your body to be available automatically. Most persons will successfully integrate these skills in just a few weeks.
Yes, this course provides easy instructions for a beginner to start. And this course provides much of the benefits that people seek in the practice of Tai Chi: comfortable health, improved physical mobility, and a sense of spiritual presence.
No, this course if a solo course.
Most of these exercises can be adapted to be performed sitting down, and require very little force. If you can sit and drive, you can likely still fully benefit from this course. But always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or activity program.
All students have access to a student discussion community where I will personally answer each question. It is my goal for you to succeed and I will continue to support you in your journey to success

Shengong, meaning Spiritual Work, is a special type of meditation from temple traditions to help learners access their highest spirit, overcome their mental and emotional barriers, and reach a higher level of consciousness and alignment. This course includes several Shengongs to help you overcome challenges in your mindset, beliefs, and past experiences, and to access your fullest inner potential. They are tremendously helpful practices that many traditions have not fully passed down.
