  • I am a beginner, what should I start with?

    Beginners will find the most success by starting with the Sunday course, which will introduce you to beginner friendly Qigong and basic Tai Chi exercises to immediately begin experiencing the benefits of practice.

  • Can I join at any time?

    Yes. Sometimes, prior knowledge and skill greatly help students learn more effectively. Necessary pre-requisites are taught early in the Online Courses. New students can study the essentials through the online courses while they settle into the in-person class.
