Baduanjin In Brief

The Baduanjin is a series of 8 flowing postures whose motions are coordinated with breathing. It is the most famous Qigong (Internal Energy Exercise) practiced today. It enhances both physical and mental wellbeing by harmonizing the flow of Qi (internal energy) to the organs and it is often prescribed as a medical Qigong to maintain health or to treat chronic illness.
