  • How much time does the course take?

    About 10-15 minutes each day.

    Each lesson is between 2-10 minutes, and the contents can be practiced in about the same amount of time. A few days of practice will help the skill settle into your body to be available automatically. Most persons will successfully integrate these skills in just a few weeks.

  • Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes, this course provides easy instructions for a beginner to start. And this course provides much of the benefits that people seek in the practice of Tai Chi: comfortable health, improved physical mobility, and a sense of spiritual presence.

  • Do I need a practice partner?

    No, this course is a solo course.

  • Can I take this course with my injury?

    Most of these exercises can be adapted to be performed sitting down, and require very little force. If you can sit and drive, you can likely still fully benefit from this course. But always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or activity program.

  • What if I don't understand from the videos?

    All students have access to a student discussion community where I will personally answer each question. It is my goal for you to succeed and I will continue to support you in your journey to success

  • What if I need ongoing live guidance and feedback?

    For convenient access, students can send the instructor videos for personalized feedback and guidance. For persons who really appreciate the interactive possibilities of live guidance, please contact the instructor private sessions, in person or via Zoom.

  • What will I get from this course?

    You will learn to release tension and experience the physical sense of true harmony. You will learn to effortless overcome resistance, as you access the power inside your integrated body. You will learn how to borrow the force of your opponent's physical struggling. You will learn to move your arms and legs and to walk effortlessly and powerfully in every direction. You will learn to free yourself from heavy holds and restrictions. You will discover how accessible Tai Chi skill is for you, and what a difference that will make in your Tai Chi practice, alongside your daily life.

  • What is Shengong?

    Shengong, meaning Spiritual Work, is a special type of meditation from temple traditions to help learners access their highest spirit, overcome their mental and emotional barriers, and reach a higher level of consciousness and alignment. This course includes several Shengongs to help you overcome challenges in your mindset, beliefs, and past experiences, and to access your fullest inner potential. They are tremendously helpful practices that many traditions have not fully passed down.
